Attorney John J. Eannace John J. Eannace has over thirty-four years of extensive trial experience. He previously served as an assistant State's Attorney for Cook County for fifteen years. In that position he was responsible for the prosecution of several high-profile felony cases, served as supervisor of the Felony Review Unit, and thereafter, was appointed Deputy State's Attorney, serving as Chief of the Criminal Prosecutions Bureau. In the private sector, Mr. Eannace lead a fifty lawyer, in-house, insurance defense law firm. In 1999 he established the Law Offices of John J. Eannace, concentrating his practice on the defense of state and federal criminal cases and the prosecution of significant personal injury matters.

Trial Experience: Prepared and tried 59 jury trials to verdict and hundreds of felony trials before the court. Trial experience includes several high-profile criminal cases involving murder and other violent crimes, financial crimes, narcotics offenses and personal injury matters. He has extensive experience with expert witnesses in the fields of forensic science, forensic pathology, psychology, psychiatry, medical experts and accident reconstruction.
